- Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
- Immunohistochemical staining of NGFR in Balb / C mouse brain (septum) using NGFR monoclonal antibody (Cat # MAB0291) . 4 % paraformaldehyde fixed mouse brain free floating sections were incubated with NGFR monoclonal antibody (1 ug / ml) overnight , followed by incubation with biotinylated goat anti -mouse IgG conjugate at a dilution of 1 : 500 and Vector ABC , DAB stained.
