HiPrep™ Sephacryl™ HR Columns and Sephacryl™ Lab Packs
- Maximum recovery and minimum nonspecific adsorption with long-term chemical and physical stability resulting from the hydrophilic, rigid allyl dextran/ bisacrylamide matrix.
- Sephacryl™ S-100 HR is designed for separating peptides and small proteins.
- S-200 HR and S-300 HR are for purifying antibodies, serum proteins, and mid-size proteins.
- S-400 HR and S-500 HR are used to separate polysaccharides, macromolecules with extended structures, and even small plasmids.
- S-1000 SF is optimized for the purification of dextrans up to 108 molecular weight, spherical particles up to 400 nm, and DNA up to 20 000 base pairs including plasmids, vesicles, and viruses.
- Convenient, prepacked HiPrep™ Sephacryl™ columns speed up protein purification.

Technical Information
HiPrep™ Sephacryl™ HR columns, prepacked with Sephacryl™ High Resolution media, provide reliable gel filtration separations.
HiPrep™ Sephacryl™ HR prepacked gel filtration columns offer excellent separation properties in a convenient, ready-to-use format. By combining the performance of Sephacryl™ High Resolution media with a low cost column construction, they are both reliable and cost effective to use with simple equipment or systems.
Five HiPrep™ Sephacryl™ HR columns are available prepacked with S-100, S-200, S-300, S-400, or S-500 HR media, respectively. Each column is also available in two sizes: 16/60 for sample volumes of up to 5 ml and 26/60 for sample volumes of up to 13 ml. The range of HiPrep™ Sephacryl™ HR prepacked columns allows purification of molecules with molecular weights as small as 1 × 103 to macromolecules as large as 2 × 107.
